Our School Day

To ensure we are compliant with our requirements of offering a minimum of 32.5 hours of school every week, please see below for a breakdown of how we achieve this:

8.15am – Teaching Staff Briefing Meeting

8.45am - Gate and registration open (early morning activities)

9.00am - Registration closes

9.15am - Whole school assembly

9.30am – Sessions 1 & 2

11.00am - Break time (years 1-6)

11.15am – Session 3

12.15pm - 1.30pm Lunchtime and OPAL 

1.30pm – Registration

1.35pm - Session 4

2.25pm - Session 5

3.15pm - The Big Read

3.30pm - End of school day 

 

4.30pm After School Clubs Finish 

 

Each school day lasts 6 hours and 30 minutes. This equates to 32 hours and 30 minutes of schooling each week.
